Quality policy
GRFH Management, aware of increasingly strong competitiveness, combined with rapid technological evolution and ever-increasing market demands, chose to promote certain actions with a view to exceeding the needs and expectations of its customers, leading to compliance with requirements and to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, in accordance with the NP EN ISO 9001 standard.
In this way, we highlight some of the main principles that constitute our Quality policy:
•Permanent satisfaction of customers and other interested parties, meeting their needs and expectations in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements;
•Ensure mutually beneficial relationships with our business partners in order to provide joint growth;
•Promote responsibility among each employee for doing things well, with quality, and providing adequate conditions for carrying out their duties;
•Foster the development of activities that allow the quality policy to be implemented and continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, by always looking for new solutions that make it possible to strengthen the company both at an organizational and personal level, namely with training, internal audits, corrective actions and other improvements to meet our strategic objectives.
This Quality Policy is duly disclosed to all interested parties and must be taken into account by all employees of the organization.
