Stringent Criteria

As part of GRFH’s Quality Management System, all goods are inspected upon receipt, both qualitatively and quantitatively.

The results of this inspection are reflected in the annual performance evaluation of our External Suppliers. This evaluation is also conducted for External Service Providers, differing only in the criteria assessed.


The criteria for our suppliers are as follows:

External Suppliers – GOODS

  • Response time to our requests;
  • Accuracy in proposal preparation and information provided;
  • Compliance with quantities;
  • Items delivered correspond to what was ordered; 
  • Integrity and condition of packaging;
  • Compliance with delivery deadlines;
  • Competence in resolving requests/complaints.

External Suppliers – SERVICES

  • Compliance with the proposal/contract;
  • Effectiveness of the service provided;
  • Delivery within the agreed timeframe;
  • Ease of contact.

Importance of the Criteria

The classification of our External Suppliers may influence their selection in purchasing processes.
